  Visualizations for new apartments near the Berlin Tiergarten zoo

  In September 2020, we developed high end visualizations of a compact new building in the well-known and popular Berlin Lichtenberg Weitlingkiez quarter. The completion of the new building is planned for the beginning of 2022. An attractive room concept includes a living room and bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, which will attract students, singles or young couples. The ground floor offers future residents a private, small garden with a terrace and a view towards a green inner courtyard.

  Interior visualizations for residential buildings in the city of Rheinberg in North Rhine-Westphalia

  In May 2020 we developed interior visualizations and interior ideas for the attractive residential buildings in Wallach in the city of Rheinberg in North Rhine-Westphalia. The clinker cladding of its facade is typical of the time it was built.

  Illustration and visualization of the landmark object

  11.2019 Plenum supported the leading real estate company Jones Lang LaSalle in marketing of an well-known office building in Stuttgart (North), which was already offered in 2011. In addition to the development of facades and explosion graphics for marketing, the processing and new development of high-quality floor plans of the property were the focus of our work.

  Plenum initiates the Berlin Culture Lab

  From April 1st, 2019 – 31th, 2021 we are implementing the Culture Lab, a project funded by the European Social Fund. We offer an introduction to design and arts (drawing, painting, digital design, 3D) in the form of a free workshop for non-employed people from Berlin. The focus is on digital design. In addition to Photoshop, Illustrator and Co., our participants also get an exclusive insight into the design practice in three-dimensional space. The aim is to combine digital and analog art and to implement a joint art exhibition in digital space. More information and access to the digital exhibition at: www.culturelab-berlin.de

  Meine Havel Spandau – Idyllic modern row houses with water-view

  We developed interior and exterior views for a charming new building project between the Havel island Pichelswerder in the south and the old town of Spandau in Berlin. With a direct view of the banks of the Havel, 14 modern row houses are grouped in four blocks, which are surrounded by small private gardens.

  Visualizations for apartments in old buildings in the popular Weitlingkiez of Berlin-Lichtenberg

  In June 2018, our work again focused on a large number of old building projects in Berlin. We visualized the multi-family houses on Irenenstrasse and Zachertstrasse, which attract buyers with their original stucco elements and preserved wooden floors.

  Workshop in Design and Concept

  In addition to basic theoretical knowledge in the conception of advertising material, our participants learn how to work with the Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator programs using a practical project. The aim of the project is the activation for the professional world at an important creative location in Berlin and the creation of a reference that the participants can use for themselves when applying for a job. The project is funded by the European Social Fund and the State of Berlin.

  Marketing Workshops

  Plenum is realizing in a total of 10 weeks free course (3-4 dates a week), financed by the European Social Fund and the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district.   In addition to basic knowledge of marketing and corporate communications, the topics also include self-marketing for self-employed persons, professional job search via social media channels, marketing campaigns, multimedia and our core competence in the field of 3D. The personal exchange with other participants in the creative environment promotes a constant exchange of knowledge and is deepened through practical workshops during the project phase.   In addition to various lectures by in-house lecturers, we also offer guest lectures as well as studio recordings at our partners.

  High Park: An exclusive development at the Potsdamer Platz

  The upcoming development at Potsdamer Platz is located between the Köthener street and the Gabriele Tergit Promenade. It is the last available building plot at the Potsdamer Platz, which will include 165 apartments and expected to be completed in the summer of 2017. Plenum supported the Berliner Zabel Property Group (also known under the former brand name Berlin Capital) in the graphical design of all fact sheets of more than 200 apartments and office spaces, as well as rescheduling floor-plans of individual apartments.
